Shifra Klein began studying the medicinal effects of cannabis in 2015, while looking into alternative treatments for her youngest son, with Autism. On her wellness journey, Shifra met Janice Hardoon, who coincidentally owns Ktown Collective Dispensary, down the street from Shifra’s home. Janice has been in the industry from back in 2008 and specializes in procuring cannabis products for the sick and elderly, was eager to help Shifra along on her newfound path. Realizing the dietary needs of their own community were not being addressed in the current edibles market, Shifra & Janice teamed up together to create Hamsa, to be able to service not only their community, but everyone in need of wellness and relief.
